Hi! Aloha! May the force be with you. May the odds ever be in your favor. Sending you all the geeky greetings from my side of the world.

WHO AM I?

I am Kris Myers and I am a speckled nerd with an inquisitive mind. I don’t know but my mind is just bursting with a lot of questions that need to be answered, ideas that need to be expressed, and views and opinions that need to be articulated and sent out to the universe.

WHERE DO I COME FROM?

I still do not know how to answer this question though. I am not sure which comes first, the chicken or the egg. Suffice it to say that I come from our family’s humble abode and I usually write my articles inside our garage doors in Michigan.

WHAT AM I HERE FOR?

Personally, this is a rather deep question as I think this pertains to my purpose here on this planet. But I know why you are here. You are here on my site to know more stuff because, like me, you want answers to your questions. You want to know more about science, information and technology and how they affect the world we are living in. You want to know the reviews about the latest gadgets. You want to know what is happening around you. Some blogs would rather focus on being cool and fashionable. But here, we can get nerdy together. Geek is real and it is about time the world realizes our worth through the meaningful discussions and insights that we offer.

WHAT DO I DO?

Basically, I write. I write about anything under the sun that merits my attention. Mostly, technological stuff. Every now and then, I get invited to cover events so that I can feature them on my blog. I also make my own research about things that I want to know such as technological advancements, global health concerns, and what we can do with the technology that we have now.

WHERE ARE WE NOW?

We are living in the digital age. Everything is computerized and systems are connected so that we can get relevant and important data whenever we need them and just with a click on the screen. We can retrieve, transmit, and can even manipulate data stored in the computer. This technology has made facilitation and transfer of information better in different businesses and industries. That should be good, right? However, we can also see the dire situation that our world is in. So, we are led to ask this question: Can technology save mankind? Has technology made this world a better place to live in? Well, maybe. But we have to really take a hard look at the impact of technological advancements in our society. Do the benefits ultimately outweigh the cost of availing the technology? Do we use it properly? Do we have the interest of the majority of the population in mind when we availed of this technology? Join me as I analyze these questions on my blog posts, journals, and meeja coverage.
