This is the first in a series of posts for the acne product category. The reviews should be read in this order. All products in this post have to contain one of the products listed on the left. A new product will not be included until I complete this review.
CosDNA tests the ingredients and makes sure they are acne-fighting, and I don't see anything that says otherwise. Treatment products: Treatment products are those that work to help stop the acne. For example, this is not a treat. It is a preventative measure. Soothing toners: For some skin types, these will be your best bet in preventing acne. If you are prone to breakouts, I recommend a cleanser that contains moisturizers or glycolic acid. If you are a bit sensitive to some of the acne treatments out there, use a non-comedogenic product. A non-comedogenic product is something that doesn't contain chemicals or additives. There are many great options for non-comedogenic products in the market. There are also toners that will remove any remaining pimples, such as benzoyl peroxide (a common acne treatment for sensitive skin). Some people find that toners work better for them, and then they just apply a moisturizer.
